About Me
Call Me Kay!
I’m Kaitlyn “Kay” Smith! My passion has always been to help people communicate with one another as efficiently as possible.

Throughout my career, I have improved the productivity of the humans around me through design thinking and by centring user experience.

My love for data began when I was a child, when I set to using Excel to document the physical attributes of all 626 aliens in Lilo & Stitch. (Very important work! LOL)

Over the years I began to see project tools, technologies, and even goals as a malleable variables to be improved upon over the course of and during a project.

As such, I became an accidental expert in both Agile + Waterfall methodologies. (Most often overhauling the latter to the former for maximum efficiency!)

I have helped redefine the way both my colleagues and clients achieve success by blending my creative and data-driven sides into all of my work, allowing then to navigate information in a much more natural and powerful way.

I am now looking for my next opportunity in the tech or design industry. If you think I might be the right fit for your team, let’s get in touch!
